FurAffinity's New Ludicrous Policy
I'm not the only one who has said this, but this new is just straight up retarded and have no idea why they wanted to do this in the first place. I even came up with four potential theories why they may have done it:
A: They probably just want more power, just like every other social or media sharing platform, the rules have become increasingly authoritarian over the years. It is the way we are heading unless more people stand up and stop taking it bent over.
B: No FA-related drama has happened recently, so they need to create a controversy to keep themselves relevant. Many businesses and content creators intentionally create controversies, dramas, and stunts to gain more attention and views.
C: Dragoneer or another staff member got into an altercation with a short person, so now they have a prejudice against small characters. This is typical spiteful behavior politicians usually display.
D: Social media pressure in recent years because of how much society has overly stressed against "pedophilia" and categorizes things as such even though they are remotely not (such as drawings of short characters like Pokemon or imp-sized fursonas). Yes pedophilia and minor interactions with adults is horrible and unforgivable, but blaming random things as "pedo" when they are not is just lying and plain wrong.
In my opinion, its most likely a mixture of option B and D. What do you guys think?

I'm all for assuming it's A B and C. Mostly the first 2 though. Either that or it's all chalked up to simple incompetence, which is what FA's admins are good at. They always have been.

OP
I remember prior to 2021, the site would always be down because of how outdated the system was and DDOS attacks

OP
Despite how broken the site used to be, at least people had freedom and artistic integrity and could draw anything as long as it wasn't illegal

OP
Everyone is migrating to Inkbunny now. Only reason I don't have an IB account is because the site is filled with ACTUAL pedos and ACTUAL NSFW underrage art
