After spending multiple hours on the phone with both my bank and with PayPal, the consensus is that I’m being told to blow it out my ass and pay back money I don’t fucking owe but they say I do.
It’s cool to know neither institution has their customers back so, I’m still attempting desperately to sell ocs to pay this nearly $130 negative balance remaining.
