Starting at the top left to right

Jr.: Child of the previous first mate who has sense retired taking two others with him. Jr. is trying to fill those boot (even if they never where them), even if that's not what his father wanted.
Blue Bart: Captain of the crew. Very much an enjoyer of the wildlife, all of it. In another life he'd have been a researcher. But an encounter with a royal sent him down this path. But he's never lost that love for nature.
Grim: Apathetic, loves to fight. Not easy getting more info out of him.

Jerry? Jarald?... J: Only Miggy knows what he's ever saying. A bit of a wild knuckle head.
Miggy: She doesn't take shit form anyone. Translator for J. Spends most of her time in the Crowsnest. Very much hates Sven.
Sven: A bit of a dick, especially to Miggy. Quick to make a short joke at her expense, recently lost his hat for it. Do not give him a pretzel.

Doc: Won't give his actual name, won't get involved in any fights, won't go to shore on Starfall island for some reason. He provides medical expertise to the crew. Human or otherwise.
Ne'ak: Is in this only for the money! Money! All of it! He want's at least one coin form every nation... or all of it! Money, money, MONEY!
Zallval Tucon: The best crewman on the ship, Able to do all jobs (except for Doc's) To nice to try to become the first mate. Doesn't like bossing anyone around or hurting anyone's feelings. Rarely involves himself in the actual piracy

Broadsides: Always seen with SquEekers. Rarely talks due to his teeth cutting his mouth when he talks. By far the largest yinglet on the crew. No yinglets mess with him... except Pointy and Clem. They still see him as their big baby boy.
SquEekers: Talks all the shit. Always with Broadsides, usually riding him. Has a bottle of booze that he only ever sips on, but don't you dear take it from him. It's his! He wrote "MIN" on it an everything!
Pitch: Ships musician (not allowed to sing). Try's his best to be a good musician, and is very good, to avoid being beat. Knows many songs, but never remembers who likes what. Has an unrational fear of pretzels
Admiral Doof: Once known only as Doof, he was given a captured admiral's uniform to insult the admiral. Now known as Admiral Doof! Ships cook. Surprisingly good at making bread, ditto all other meals. However... Never! Never enter his kitchen.
Zim: Often overlooked, soft spoken, and head of the guards in charge of protecting Clem... yet somehow never gets reprimanded for loosing track of her. Not much is known about him.
