Personality: Heiwai, the Deity of Love, is quite the bratty type of person, basically someone who acts like a spoiled teenager. He finds utterly annoying anyone bothering for something that doesn't interest him, having an eternal unimpressed look on his face, as if nothing can ever surprise him, every single act in his regards being treated as if nagging him.
Sarcastic with his sharp tongue, he always has a witty retort ready for any situation, very skilled in making people hate him, not that he cares about it. He's totally fine being who he is, and to act as he does, and if his ways irritate someone else (Guerrilla in particular, as he likes to tease his opposite on the scale of universal balance), well, in Heiwai's point of view it's not a problem of his, but only of the other person. Not the lives of his fellow Gods, nor the existences of mortals, actually interest him too much, except for a single particular that makes his persona fall completely, turning his personality upside down: Love.
The Saint of Love is the greatest supporter of his element, melting for the making of it: when he sees the birth of a couple, the beginning of a love story, he basically acts as a fanboy for it, whoever the lovers in question might be. Heroes, Villains, Rulers or Peasants, it doesn't matter at all to him: if they're in love he'll help as he can to make their feelings blossom, acting as a divine wingman to support the relationships between mortals.
His element is so important to him, something he cherishes so much, that he literally hates if someone gets in the way of Love, making him frequently bicker with Guerrilla, as her doing often messes up the couples Heiwai helps to create, in order to create conflict and evolution. Love is sacred for the Healer of All, and whoever puts themselves between the God's plans is easily put on his black list, with Heiwai making sure they'll never find sincere love... or at least until he'll get excited for a possible relationship and will throw away his grudges.
Such are the mood swings of the deity, towards what he loves the most.

Abilities: What the Goddess of War starts, the God of Love and Peace ends. If Guerrilla is able to start conflict, to create hadships for the life of mortals in a way to achieve the best version of themselves, Heiwai is the one who helps them rebuild their existence when they reach their goal. The Healer of All stays true to that name, curing the wounds, both physical and psychological that a person might have, bringing them peace and making them find themselves after all the trouble they went trough Guerrilla's rough treatment.
Other than that, the Saint of Love is the maker of Love itself: he's the one who creates such feelings, who spreads infatuation and enamroment, who brings families to life uniting the people of Grimmoirea trough their passion.
The maker of a world where people connect with each other, and are able to express their emotions and bring new life to Grimmoirea.

Key to Divine Realm: The Tagabigay Mahal, the "Giver of Love", is the key to Heiwai's Divine Realm. Beyond any suspicion of being a divine artifact, surprising like the blossoming of a new passion, the Key of the Saint of Love appears as a purple cloth with golden lining, representing the sacred flower of the Healer of All: Jasmine. Yellow and Golden Jasmines, in the language of flowers, are connected to joy and positive energy, while Purple Jasmines represent blooming love, all elements part of Heyhey, and that reflect themselves in the Tagabigay Mahal.
The owner of this artifact, by putting it on the wounds only of someone they love, can channel part of their life force to heal said wound, taking away part of their life to give it to their significant other, in a pure and selfless act.
The greatest expression of Love itself: giving all you have for the one who's your whole world.
