Zair Abdhulu (aka Kukri Hunter, Bloody Bastard)


Mercenary, hunter, survivalist, all around scary fucker. There are many stories about Zair’s past and accomplishments where he is painted as either a Robin Hood or a butcher; generally it depends if you are benefitting from or on the receiving end of his skills. Both sides agree that he is good with his blades and that he tends to leave things… bloody. The only story that Zair will confirm is that he is an excellent dancer (he doe not discriminate on style.)

Zair is not a ‘nice guy’, but not really a ‘bad guy’ either. Had the bombs not dropped, he probably would be a professional dancer (likely ballet.) Instead, it’s a wasteland filled with folks that need killing, and he is good at it. There is no guilt or sleepless nights, he is simply dealing with ‘the garbage’ so innocents can live a bit more peacefully.

His trademark weapons are his knives: pair of kukri and a pair of smaller curved knives. All are made from advanced alloys with a mono-wire edge and the kukris incorporate an additional surprise in the form of a keltic storage device similar to the ones incorporated in a super sledge. Instead of knocking back a target, they are manually triggered before impact to cleave through.

While they are not his favorites, Zair doesn’t shy away from guns and explosives. He leans towards pistols & smg’s, usually carrying a PP-19 Bizon. Rarely uses suppressors though; if he is shooting than his original plan went south and they already know he is there. Explosives, he uses more as tools: distraction, exit strategy, to position the target, to disable a vehicle to prevent escape.

Shit that will get you killed:
Hurting children
Doing the “That’s not a knife” bit
Doing said bit in a bad Aussie accent, they won’t find all your parts
Call him a prima ballerina, he will kill you gracefully and will use extra finesse (it’s insulting simply because he believes his skills are not on par with that level of skill.)
